In an age of constant content, most of us do not need another place to share photos or a site to see what all our cool friends are doing. We have all that, in spades!
Our guess is you need support tuning into our mind, body, and heart -- getting better sleep, having more focus, feeling more joy and ease. You need support not in DOING MORE but in learning to BE PRESENT MORE.

Each Monday at 6:30am PST (9:30am EST) a teacher from various traditions (or no tradition at all) will lead a 20 minute live meditation. All you need is a phone to join. You will be tuning in with thousands of others across the world.
Then for those who wish to stay on the call, we will break people up into groups of 3 - 4 to share your experience and an intention for the day.
We hope to expand to offering meditations everyday soon, and are starting with Mondays. Our first session is August 14th led by Roshi Joan Halifax.
While there are many pre-recorded meditations, we think there is a power in hearing a meditation live, and practicing together at the same time. We also believe sharing our intentions with others in a day has value and power.
